Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing involves reporting concerns about malpractice, wrongdoing, fraud, or risks that may harm others. This could include issues that negatively affect service users, the public, other staff members, or the organisation itself. Such concerns can undermine the trust in services and threaten the safety of those receiving care. Anyone can raise a whistleblowing concern.
Whistleblowing covers dangers, illegal activities, and unethical behaviour that affect others, such as service users, the public, or employees. Personal grievances, like bullying, harassment, or discrimination, are not typically considered whistleblowing unless the particular case serve the public interest. These issues are usually addressed through internal grievance or complaints procedures.
If you’d like to discuss your concerns, you can reach out to a staff member by calling 01494 923318 to speak with the Operations Director or Managing Director. Alternatively, you can email us at admin@innovativestart.co.uk.
